George Ellis Ruano
George Ellis Ruano is a media and communications specialist with more than 20 years experience in advising and running communications and advocacy campaigns for corporations, trade associations, NGOs and sovereign states. Over the years he has counselled and trained numerous corporate spokespeople, CEOs, heads of state and scientists on media management techniques. His expertise covers corporate and crisis communications, media strategy, public policy, enlargement, intellectual property rights, the environment, financial services, pharmaceutical and ICT industries. George is a Spanish national and fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

Peter Strempel
A former project manager with leading Brussels think tank Friends of Europe, Peter Strempel has developed an expertise in energy, environmental and social policies and Lisbon-agenda related issues. In his various previous engagements in the European NGO sector, amongst others as President of the Austrian Youth Council, Peter gained experience in policy making and lobbying at national and European level. Previously, Peter worked in marketing for Hewlett-Packard, Austria, as well as in the Washington, DC bureau of CNN. He holds a degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Vienna. In addition to his native German, Peter is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French and Swedish.
